Everything ships from West Melbourne, so your zone is set by how far the driver has to travel to reach you.

One fee per delivery

The charge is for the trip, not the contents, so adding another tank to the same order does not add another fee.

Yes. The fee appears at checkout before payment is taken, so nothing is added afterwards. Phone orders are quoted the fee when you order.

The fee covers the driver’s time and distance from our West Melbourne stock to your door. A CBD run takes a fraction of the time a run to Point Cook takes, so the two are not priced the same.

The fee for your zone is the same whenever we are open. We do not add a late-night or public-holiday surcharge.

We deliver to 83 Melbourne suburbs, from the CBD out to Point Cook, Tullamarine and Bundoora. The zone tables on this page list every one of them. If yours is missing, message us with the postcode before you assume we cannot get there.

Orders to the CBD and inner city usually arrive in 10 to 15 minutes, the inner north takes about 20 minutes, the inner east, south and west take about 30 minutes, and outer suburbs can take up to 45 minutes. Times run from when your order is confirmed, not from when you start browsing.

There is no minimum order. You can order a single box of chargers and we will bring it, though the delivery fee makes larger orders better value per unit.
