We do not close for the holidays and the hours do not change. Our normal week already runs until 6AM on the night before a public holiday, so Christmas Eve, Christmas night and New Year’s Eve all go to 6AM, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day go to 5AM, and every other holiday night takes the hours of the day it lands on. The fee for your zone stays the same, there is no public-holiday surcharge, and the driver still takes your empties. Everything we sell is food-grade N2O for culinary use and every order is 18+ with ID checked at the door.

These are our normal hours, nothing special is switched on for Christmas. Monday to Wednesday we are open 12PM to 2AM, Thursday to Sunday 12PM to 5AM, and on the night before any public holiday we stay open until 6AM. A public holiday itself takes the hours of the day it lands on. Victoria’s calendar this summer puts Christmas Day on a Friday, Boxing Day on a Saturday with an extra public holiday on the Monday, and New Year’s Day on a Friday, so the table below is what that works out to night by night. Orders are taken right up to closing time.

The hours on this page are the same ones in our footer and on the homepage, and the public holiday dates are from the Victorian Government’s 2026 calendar. If you are reading this at 5AM on Christmas morning and wondering whether anyone will answer, the answer is yes, until 6AM.

How delivery works on the big nights

Nothing about the process changes on a public holiday. You order on the site or message 0402 774 885, the driver leaves from our Franklin St base, and the fee is set by how far you are from it, from $10 in the CBD to $75 on the outer edge of the 83 suburbs we cover. The CBD and inner city usually see the driver in 10 to 15 minutes and most suburbs in about 30. The one thing that does change on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve is how many people are ordering at once, so message for the live ETA before you order if timing matters, the banner at the top of every page is there for exactly that.

Same fee as any other night. The fee for your zone is the same whenever we are open and there is no late-night or public-holiday surcharge. The full zone list is on the delivery fee page.
One fee per order. A second tank or an extra box of chargers on the same order costs nothing extra to bring, so order the whole party at once rather than twice.
Cash, card or PayID at the door, and the driver checks ID on every order because every order is 18+.
Empties go back with the driver. Message before you order and the driver takes last week’s tanks away free, which matters when the bins are already full of wrapping paper. The empty tank collection page has the details.

If you have never used a tank, a 3.3L needs a pressure regulator and hose to connect to a whipper and no tank on the site includes one, so a household that does not own a regulator is better off with chargers for the holidays. What to make with it over the holidays

Everything we sell is for whipping cream and making foams, and the two weeks between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day is when most of Melbourne actually does it. These are the guides people use most in December.

Questions about holiday delivery

Yes. We open at 12PM on Christmas Day and, because it is the night before Boxing Day, we stay open until 6AM. Christmas Eve also runs until 6AM and Boxing Day runs to 5AM on normal Saturday hours.

Yes. New Year’s Eve is the night before a public holiday, so we are open from 12PM until 6AM, and New Year’s Day runs 12PM to 5AM on normal Friday hours. Message 0402 774 885 for the live ETA before you order, because it is the busiest night of the year.
